1. Eligibility Requirements
Nationality and Health: Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health, both physically and mentally.
Educational Background and Age Limits:
- Master’s applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have strong academic records. They must also be under 35 years old.
- Doctoral applicants should hold a Master's degree or equivalent, have excellent academic performance, and be under 40 years old.
Scholarship Restrictions: Applicants cannot receive any other Chinese government scholarships or other scholarships from Chinese universities.

2. Duration of Funding and Language Requirements
Funding Period:
- Master’s students: 3 years
- Doctoral students: 4 years
Language Proficiency:
- For programs taught in Chinese, applicants must have an HSK 4 score or higher. If you already have a degree from a Chinese university, you don't need an HSK certificate.
- For programs taught in English, applicants must have a minimum TOEFL score of 80 or an IELTS score of 6.0. You’ll also need to take an English proficiency test administered by Guizhou University.

- Register and log in to complete the application form in either Chinese or English. Upload all the required documents.

Submit Application: Double-check all information before submitting. Once you submit, the application will be considered finalized.
Interview Process:
After the university reviews your application, they will notify you about the interview through email. Make sure your email address is correct and check it regularly.Admission Process:
Guizhou University will review applicants and send their recommendations to the China Scholarship Council. Final admission results will depend on expert reviews by the China Scholarship Council. You can check your admission status online. If admitted, you must follow the university’s registration procedures.
