II. Study Structure and Scholarship Details
Scholarship Coverage:
The program provides a full scholarship for the selected candidates.
Education Model and Duration:
Students will follow a "1+1" study model:
First Year: Full-time coursework and research at UESTC, along with dissertation preparation.
Second Year: Dissertation completion in the applicant’s home country. Students will return to UESTC to defend their thesis. Degrees will be awarded only to those who successfully pass the defense.
III. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens, under the age of 45, and in good physical and mental health.
A bachelor’s degree or higher is required, along with at least three years of professional work experience. Preference is given to those with relevant professional training or experience related to the chosen program.
Applicants should belong to one of the following categories:
Government officials at or above the division chief level (or equivalent).
Senior managers in institutions or enterprises.
University or research institution administrators.
Individuals with employment or internship experience in international organizations.
Applicants must obtain a Pre-Admission Letter from the International Student Admission Office at UESTC.
IV. Application Procedure
Step 1: UESTC Pre-Admission Application
Applicants must email UESTC at admission@uestc.edu.cn before March 25, 2025, with the following documents:

Employment certificate
English proficiency certificate
Study plan proposal
Two recommendation letters
Foreigner Physical Examination Form
